Future Fires is an innovative programme designed to empower young artists by giving them the opportunity to design and deliver their own project with a community that they are part of or who they feel a special connection to.
The five projects are totally different working with a number of different communities including young people at risk, refugees, female asylum seekers, elderly people and young people using everything from spoken word, carnival, film and hip-hop to create work, share stories and learn new skills.
Tonight, three of the artists - Yusra Warsama, Samira Arhin-Acquah & Kelly Morgan - will be sharing their work with us.
5:00pm - A Room of 1000 Voices, performance by Yusra Warsama
7:45pm - Just Jamming, film by Samira Arhin-Acquah
8:00pm - Carnival, performance by Kelly Morgan
