Contact's only resident company constantly defies, transcends, and breaks out of the box!
This dynamic company of up to 30 at full strength, perform 3 full scale shows a year and have exploredthemes ranging from Burlesque, Grime, and traditional West African theatre allthe way to site specific work influenced by Circus and aerial and the exlosive styles of Parkour.
During each term the group meet twice a week for 8 weeks to work with artists exploring their creativity andpushing their abilities, then into 3 weeks of intensive rehearsals devisingtheir show with a director and full production team. The shows are big, bold,and capture everything that CYAC is all about.
Auditions take place three times a year.
